I work as a Senior UX Research Consultant in complex product and organizational contexts as well as start-ups. My focus is on combining strategic UX research, operational project execution, and building viable research structures.
In my projects, I take responsibility for the conception, management, and quality assurance of UX research initiatives – from discovery and evaluation to decision preparation at management level. I work closely with product management, design, marketing, and other stakeholders.
A particular focus of my work is on designing processes and frameworks that make UX research effective: Research Ops, prioritization, expectation management, and translating research findings into concrete action and decision-making bases.
