My name is Malte. I am a freelance videographer and video editor.
I have already worked for medium-sized companies, NGOs, agencies, and cultural creators, implementing a variety of video productions. These included product videos, social media clips for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, image films for websites, music videos, tutorials, as well as documentary contributions and reports (including for public broadcasting).
In addition to classic post-production, I have also developed motion graphic templates (i.e., intros, outros, title cards, lower thirds, text overlays, etc.). In close collaboration with my clients, I created mood boards and design specifications, partly so that these templates could be used independently by employees later on.
I hold a degree in Media Studies and Sociology and, in addition to my practical experience, bring a solid knowledge of storytelling, media theory, artificial intelligence, and target-group-specific communication. This helps me to technically implement videos cleanly and to tailor them content-wise persuasively to target audiences.
