Speaker sourcing and organization of TTT (train the trainers) sessions with updating of materials. Experiential design: conception and reflection on the agenda (4 days): service provider sourcing, coordination and logistical management of the seminar with budget monitoring - 40K per seminar. Production site visits, creation of digital tools, monitoring of luxury & training trends.

Organization of high-end internal events (250 pax): Custom design, logistical coordination, supplier management & budget optimization - 70K. Conception of international seminars (Marrakech, Monaco) - 45 pax, 170K. Management of internal communication: editorial strategy, creation of a newsletter, writing and dissemination of internal interviews. Facilitation of bi-monthly interactive plenary sessions fostering knowledge sharing and team cohesion. Management of multiple stakeholders.

Organization of premium events for the IT Department: seminars, parties, and IT inauguration (>300 guests), creation of post-Covid team-building programs. Logistical coordination & budget management via SAP: order management, invitations, and gifts, with a focus on cost optimization.
