Unistellar offers a unique night sky observation experience through a connected telescope.

· I supported the product committee in defining the functional scope and launch roadmap for a new consumer mobile application (iOS & Android), in close collaboration with developers, the marketing team, and external agencies.

· I led the complete UX and UI redesign across all platforms, consistent with a brand repositioning strategy.

· I also designed several key updates for the iOS app “Nocturne”, improving the interface and interactions.

· I implemented a user-centered approach, structured design processes, and introduced a design system to ensure interface consistency and scalability.

· Delivered wireframes, interactive prototypes, close collaboration with developers, and contributed to a +45% increase in NPS (above 40), over 80,000 new users, and an average rating above 4.0 on the app stores.

Assuring (Privowny) is a digital privacy protection suite designed to secure users' online identity, combining a password manager with an email alias creation system for maximum security.

The product was acquired by Assurant in 2021.

· Managed the design team and structured collaboration between UX and UI designers in an agile environment.

· Defined design specifications, established clear processes, and contributed to the development of a scalable design system (documentation and integration).

· Oversaw design across all platforms (web app, browser extension, iOS, Android) for Privowny, a white-label password manager for B2B2C markets.

· Automated asset generation, integrated optimized animations via Lottie, and improved accessibility (transition from AA to AAA level).

· Simplified the user experience, leading to a significant increase in the SUS score and a reduction in personalization time from several days to just two.

Assisting students with 3D modeling and digital tools, overseeing concrete projects, promoting creative autonomy and critical thinking, student-centered pedagogy.
