Reconciliation and clearing of supplier, customer, and treasury third-party accounts; detection and correction of anomalies. Bank reconciliations: matching statements, identifying discrepancies, and reconciling suspense accounts. Cash management: setup, transaction entry, discrepancy processing, and entry integration. Participation in the preparation and filing of VAT returns under supervision. Preparation of annual DAS2 fee statements. Setup and customization of chart of accounts according to client file specifics. Contribution to responses to tax audits: reconstruction of documents and file formatting (accounts 455). Dematerialized document management: scanning, sorting, indexing, and archiving in EDM. Initial approach to annual review: balance sheet preparation, inter-company consistency, and closing process. File reliability: anomaly detection, client information requests, tracking of missing items.
