    Responsible for definitive/temporary imports or under ATA carnets, related to the "HASSI R'MEL BOOSTING PHASE III" project. This involves implementing improvements in logistics operations and providing strategic advice to better serve all parties. Reduced transit time from pre-alert, shipping, technical translation, document preparation, follow-up with Sonatrach for domiciliation, customs clearance to on-site delivery, through effective procedures and agreements with various logistics chain actors. Reporting to YOKOHAMA with weekly calls to optimize communication with the project team in Japan. Managed all types of shipments with different payment terms: (no payment, free transfer, letter of credit) with the corresponding incoterms for each shipment type. Monitored commitment letters and mining authorizations (quantity, expiration date, renewal) as well as escort for the import of dangerous goods. Managed relationships with subcontractors (shipping companies, freight forwarders, carriers, etc.): meetings, negotiations, invoice validation, follow-up, and resolution of payment issues. Communicated MOM (Minutes of Meetings) to YOKOHAMA with "problem statement", "solutions", "action owner", and resolution dates for each invoice or problem to be solved. Worked cross-functionally with various departments (contract team, project team, finance team, and management).
