Malika Ben Lamine

Former project manager turned trainer, I support learners, freelancers, and teams in developing their skills in agile and digital project management.

My career path has led me from engineering to pedagogy, including managing complex projects within large groups (Bouygues Telecom, Société Générale). This diversity nourishes my approach today: pragmatic, human, and solution-oriented.

I work as a trainer, tutor, and instructional designer, on certified or tailor-made training programs. My role is to help everyone understand the real challenges on the ground, gain confidence in their posture, and become active participants in their learning.

I design interactive educational modules: case studies, role-playing, creative briefs, collaborative tools, etc. Each module is designed to durably anchor skills and give meaning to practice.

I also offer individual tutoring to support progress, consolidate learning, and prepare for assessments, particularly in the context of certification RS5487 – Managing a project using agile methods.

My motto: you don't learn by listening, you learn by experimenting.
