I define, implement, and manage an IS project from its conception to its acceptance to achieve optimal results in line with customer requirements, in terms of quality, performance, cost, deadline, and security.

PROJECT TECHNICAL CONTENT RESPONSIBILITY: • Definition of technical design and writing of detailed technical specifications. • Participation in software selection, in collaboration with the client. • Participation in specific developments or integration. • Definition of tests and participation in tests.

PROJECT TECHNICAL DEPLOYMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF SUPPORT ACTIONS. USERS: • Deployment of the new application or service. • Maintenance organization. • Participation in user training. • Organization of user meetings. support

GUARANTEE OF THE BEST QUALITY, COST, AND DEADLINE: • Ensure compliance with the specifications. • Ensure compliance with deadlines and costs. • Propose to the merchant or client, during the project, any modifications to objectives (quality, cost, deadline) related to implementation constraints or environmental changes.

Responsible for implementing Cloud access security for SNCF's IS. Elaboration of the CCTP for the tender for the DIGIFIRST Program Security package. Monitoring/analysis of responses and identification of the selected supplier. Organization of technical and contractual workshops. Organization of the project kickoff with the supplier + follow-up meetings. Writing of the PAQ and the project schedule. Launch and monitoring of the SNCF offer transformation program towards the target (migration to the new network and security architecture). Launch and monitoring of the external access automation project.

Responsible for the SNCF IS access network redesign project. Securing access between internal/external users and applications hosted in SNCF data centers. Management of the SNCF AES (Secure External Access) team: Technical Project Managers, Architects, Network/Security Engineers, and Developers. Monitoring of governance meetings (Cosui, Copil, Codir).
