NV Gallery, a key player in furniture design in Europe, has experienced strong growth thanks to an innovative and structured technological strategy.

As CTO-Tech Lead and a member of the Executive Committee, I led the transformation of the e-commerce platform to meet the needs of an expanding European market. I managed a team of 8 people (developers and Product Owner) and aligned technology with the company's strategic objectives.

- Technical overhaul: Migration to Symfony 6 and NuxtJS to modernize and scale the platform.

- AWS Cloud Architecture: Creation of a scalable and robust architecture with a DevOps team.

Ubiq, a French leader in coworking with the Morning brand, manages over 45 spaces in France and has 300 employees. The company offers a white-label SaaS solution developed with Symfony 5, enabling coworking operators to efficiently manage their spaces while improving user experience through an intuitive interface.

- SaaS Development: Design and evolution of a Symfony platform, adapted to the management needs of several dozen coworking spaces in France.

- Mobile Application: Development and launch of a mobile app with React Native to simplify user access and enhance their experience.

- DevOps & Cloud: Implementation of an infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), optimizing the scalability and performance of the SaaS.

- CI/CD Pipelines: Implementation of automated pipelines with CircleCI, improving the speed and reliability of deployments.
