It is a local communication tool for stores but also a national one for the E.Leclerc purchasing group.First, we traveled across France to interview over 600 E.Leclerc customers to understand the elements we should prioritize in the design. We also took the time to interview stakeholders about their needs and facilitate workshops with them.
