 Activity Monitoring (AGILE Methods JIRA - Confluence): Introduction to the integration of agile methods within our team, facilitating workshops (monitoring internal project activities such as documentation, retrospectives for continuous improvement).  Proactive proposal on all aspects of responsibilities (effective collaborative work methodology, reporting pain points, identifying areas for improvement, and monitoring the implementation of appropriate solutions.  Lead on CSR and ESG initiatives (Awareness, eco-design, monitoring eco-labels…).  Data Analysis Referent: Facilitating the data analysts' community.  Strong involvement in the company: Climate Fresk trainer, organizing the cleanUp mail challenge, digital sobriety, meeting other teams, identifying needs within the company and relevant topics for our team, maintaining excellent interpersonal relationships, team activities, stands…  Taking on new emerging topics and handling ad-hoc requests with responsiveness.  Autonomous technical and business skill development (technical tools, data knowledge, business knowledge, company culture and objectives…).  Mentoring interns to develop their skills in approaching new topics and in good technical development practices.

• Analysis of business needs and challenges to obtain relevant results, defining project scope (data collection tools and techniques, statistical methods, visualizations…), developing the schedule, managing and monitoring projects.

• Working with developers to collect, prepare, and clean data. Identifying data sources (Custom queries, API, SFTP, Servers, Cloud...) to gather actionable information and ensure the reliability, quality, and relevance of studies conducted and reports provided.

• Creating data visualization dashboards (Tableau) and proactively suggesting improvements to data quality. Extensive experience with geographical data in particular.

• Developing advanced and reproducible analyses using statistical methods.

• Improving and resolving performance issues related to data volume.

• Evolutionary maintenance of projects and seeking external solutions to overcome blockages.

• Project leadership: supporting and executing projects with business teams. Internally:

• Leading the company's green initiative to integrate a sustainable development culture (Climate Fresk training…) and undertaking actions for ecological transition (calculating carbon footprint using the ADEME method, acting on the 3 scopes for a net carbon trajectory, zero waste policy…).

• Supporting new employees in their integration.
