- Test Strategy: E2E (UAT), Non-Regression

- Alignment of strategic objectives with agile development initiatives, Features, and MMF, and with SAFe principles (Release Train).

- Test Plans: Functional Tests (IT1, IT2), NRT (Non-Regression Tests).

- Test Planning for various projects with Forecast vs. Actual tracking.

- Coordination with relevant stakeholders during the preparation phase, test prerequisites: JDD, test identification, capacity, and synchronization in line with the design/build progress of each stream.

- Implementation and updating of deliverable quality monitoring dashboards: test portfolio by type/stream, execution KPIs, bug KPIs, NRT KPIs.

- Updating RIDA & Root Cause Analysis meetings related to tests.

Within the entity responsible for acceptance testing, Groupama entrusted our team with testing application evolutions to propose new commercial offers. Tasks:

- Lead a team of 13 people

- Workload estimation and assignment

- Manage relationships with stakeholders (Project Manager, various internal and external application managers)

- Development of the test strategy

- Development and monitoring of the acceptance test plan

- Manage and anticipate project risks and uncertainties

- Facilitate meetings. Functional Environment: Auto insurance, home, health, professional.

Lead a team of functional analysts, technical analysts, and testers. Manage relationships with stakeholders (Project Manager, various internal and external application managers at Cardif). Project scoping (Test Strategy). Design (Master Test Plan, TDS). Organize and manage the acceptance team. Workload estimation. Development and monitoring of the acceptance test plan. Manage and anticipate project risks and uncertainties. Facilitate meetings (Morning Check, Coproj, and Anomaly Committee). Alert management to project risks and keep other project team members informed. Development of weekly reports and acceptance minutes.
