I run my own small independt consultancy where I support companies, public authorities and NGO's on ESG, climate, strategy, circular economy, eco-design, policy and compliance

In addition to leading client projects as Senior Manager, I headed Nordic Sustainability’s innovation and knowledge agenda. I drove the company’s thought leadership, developed new methodologies and tools, and ensured we stayed ahead of emerging EU regulation and market trends. I designed and facilitated internal capacity-building, strengthened knowledge-sharing across the team, and built strategic partnerships with external experts. My focus was on translating complex sustainability challenges into actionable insights and scalable solutions, helping both the company and its clients deliver meaningful, long-term impact.

Led large corporate sustainability and climate projects as project lead, manager, and subject-matter expert. Developed ESG and climate strategies, action plans, and reporting frameworks, ensuring alignment with EU regulation and international standards. Designed and delivered capacity-building workshops, tools, and training to strengthen client organisations’ sustainability capabilities. Supported product development and circular economy initiatives, including ecodesign and lifecycle analysis. Managed multi-stakeholder processes, facilitated executive workshops, and built strong client relationships across industries such as textiles, consumer goods, and manufacturing. Focused on turning complex regulatory and sustainability challenges into actionable strategies that drive long-term transformation.
