At Semeru, I designed two complete platforms for incident management on the island of Reunion.

Objectives and achievements:

UI/UX Design:Creation of two intuitive and ergonomic interfaces, adapted to user needs for managing and tracking incidents (road, technical, climatic, etc.).

Specialized Platforms:
- A console for field technicians, allowing them to create real-time reports and efficiently manage interventions.
- A central platform dedicated to monitoring and tracking incidents to optimize team coordination.

User Focus:In-depth analysis of the workflows of technicians and managers to design simple, fast tools aligned with their operational needs.

Process Improvement:Contribution to more efficient incident management through solutions adapted to the geographical and technical specificities of the island of Reunion.

This mission was an opportunity to combine creativity and technical expertise to offer user-centered design solutions, adapted to emergency situations and demanding environments.
