During this job, I had to solve many problems for customers, such as electricity outages or damage related to natural disasters. My job also consisted of advising customers to help them consume less and also answering various questions. This required a lot of empathy and patience.

I regularly teach hip-hop dance classes to children and/or adolescents on a non-profit basis. This doesn't just involve learning dance steps. It requires building trusting relationships and giving these children tools they can use in their daily lives.

I obtained a barista diploma. I learned many things about coffee and its history. My optimism and empathy allowed me to be liked by customers and to carry out my services successfully.
