Management and animation of apprentices, interns, PhD students (4 divisions). Presentation of GEPP (Skills and Employment Management) and New Collective Agreement UIMM. HR reporting and analysis, daily support to managers. Support to HR Director: people review, career committee, AI/promotion.

Co-piloting Production Ramp-Up: recruitment and integration of 98 assembly workers. Definition of recruitment and training strategy with temporary work agencies and Pôle Emploi IDF. Piloting HR campaigns: salary increases, promotions, 9Box calibration. Workforce piloting, workload/capacity meeting follow-up. Social Relations focal point: monitoring social movements. Overhaul of the assembly worker evaluation test. Manager sponsorship and CQPM training manager.
