Needs analysis

Proposal of solutions adapted to client expectations

User training and support

Detection of any anomalies and correction if necessary in conjunction with developers

Testing and verification of the functionality and compliance of fixes

Proposal and participation in software evolution projects

Compliance with contractual commitments to clients

• Creation and organization of training files (administrative, logistical, budgetary, and accounting management)

• Client support from the deployment of training actions to the invoicing of sessions

• Issuance of trainer contracts and invoicing of fees

• Employment declarations for salaried trainers

• Liaison with AFDAS

• Management of the department's FAE (Formation Aide à l'Emploi)

• Point of contact for ERP evolution (close collaboration with the Group's developers)
