- Technically and commercially comparing offers to enable and facilitate a selection/decision by you

- Purchasing/contract negotiations in cooperation with your purchasing department

- Project scheduling regarding deliveries, installations, and commissioning of all suppliers and required trades

- Monitoring of deliveries and installations

- Commissioning and acceptance support (monitoring and performance determination)
