As a consultant and facilitator, I offer fun awareness-raising workshops on sexism and professional equality, such as The Sexism Fresco and the Mille pas game, developed by BEJOUE.

As a public speaking trainer, I work with all audiences and more specifically with women, enabling them to make their voices heard, defend their opinions and needs, and actively participate in decisions that concern them.

WHY WITH ME:

With 10 years of experience leading institutional relations for national federations and associative networks, I have written and prepared hundreds of public speeches for myself and others.

At the same time, I have experienced and observed a frustrating reality: women are very (very, very, very) present in support roles, much less visible in management roles, and even less so in leadership and strategy positions.

Committed and driven by these observations, I have developed unique expertise in professional equality and the obstacles women face in speaking up in the workplace. I have combined my commitments and skills to offer concrete solutions for women's public speaking and professional equality.
