• • Worked predominately for a single client, mainly providing assistant with regards to her email account. Daily tasks included managing emails (clearing up the email inbox and organising emails) and informing the client of anything urgent which needed actioning.

• • Worked briefly with one or two other clients, body-doubling them when needed.

• • Provided some internal support, by aiding data management. This included updating spreadsheets by inputting or amending the required data.

• • Working within a fast-paced environment to deliver the Help To Buy scheme to new developers in a timely manner. Providing guidance and assurance from initial contact to completion of contract, carrying out all related administrative/due diligence duties (both during and beyond the process) in accordance with agreed actions, and providing updates to senior management as required.
