- Presentation of research results to diverse academic panels, including experts in engineering, social sciences, management, and marketing.

- Collaboration on multidisciplinary territorial discussions to develop theoretical frameworks for circular and regenerative models.

- Synthesis of multidimensional perspectives (technical, social, and economic) to deepen the understanding of sustainable transition challenges.

As part of my thesis, I developed a comprehensive framework and a set of practical tools to accelerate the transition towards a circular and regenerative economy.

My research provides high-level strategic support through 5 pillars:

1/ Strategic Framework 🏗️: Design of an inter-sectoral circular economy model, with specific application to the construction industry, to bridge theory and practice.

2/ Operational Roadmap 🗺️: Development of a step-by-step guide to assist stakeholders in the effective implementation of circular transition strategies.

3/ Feasibility & Decision Support 🧭: Design of a multi-criteria evaluation framework to analyze the feasibility of circular initiatives before implementation, integrating technological maturity, social acceptability, regulatory compliance, and economic viability to facilitate informed strategic decisions.

4/ Circularity Indicators 📉: Development of a measurement system to track project performance while integrating key governance and coordination dimensions.

5/ Implementation of Circular Strategies ♻️: Development of a methodology to operationalize circular strategies, based on a multidimensional tool using LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) to evaluate environmental, social, and economic impacts.

Impact: This work provides organizations and local authorities with the conceptual and practical tools necessary to build resilient, sustainable, and high-performing circular models.
