Mahdi worked at Eramet as the SharePoint application manager. In this role, he was responsible for: - Level 2 and Level 3 functional support - Technical support - Design and implementation of new SharePoint sites - Office 365 administration for the SharePoint part - Migration operations He worked on SharePoint 2013 on-premise and SharePoint Online environments and implemented the migration platform using ShareGate. Mahdi is someone with excellent willingness, driven by the desire to do a good job. He is attentive to users, available, and responsive. He possesses solid technical/functional skills in SharePoint 2013 and SharePoint Online. Areas for improvement: project follow-up, technical posture sometimes at the expense of usage. With his experience, technical foundation, and motivation, Mahdi has all the assets to continue progressing and satisfy his future clients.
