REVIT modeling of isometric plans & existing duct, piping, duct, and cable tray passages, electrical diagrams, electrical panels. Creation of conflict reports concerning interferences of different model copies using NAVISWORKS. Contribution to the good management of the department's memory: organization and structured archiving of information.

• Development of BIM content (objects, assemblies, libraries...). Creation of 2D/3D as-built plans. Creation of execution plans using Revit software.

• Building survey.

• CONSTRUCTION OF 69 + 25 + 120 INDIVIDUAL HOUSING UNITS

Design and creation of 2D and 3D architectural and layout plans.

• Design and creation of 2D and 3D potable water supply (AEP) plans.

• Design and creation of 2D and 3D interior & exterior sanitation plans.

• Design and creation of public lighting plans.

• Creation of P&IDs & PFDs.

• Development, for the client and execution teams, of detailed graphical representations (detailed plans, sections, elevations, perspectives).

• Preparation and development of specifications, public contracts, agreements, addenda, tender invitations, bid evaluation.

◦ Supervision of site pre-delivery (punch list resolution).
