Engineer by training, became an entrepreneur; I am a senior consultant in Strategic Purchasing and Contract Management. I support you in your needs in the Purchasing and contract management fields. I help you to address specific issues such as the implementation of a purchasing policy, audits, a purchasing performance plan, the replacement of a manager, customer experience transformation and improvement (internal or external) and the management of strategic contracts.

I help you to optimize costs, to build and implement a purchasing strategy, to manage the supplier portfolio and the most complex contracts.

I can also support you in managing contractual carve-outs with four success stories to my credit in managing and supporting Purchasing Directors in the realization of sourcing carve-outs (Clients: Barclays, Technicolor, Imerys, Solvay).

I have over 15 years of experience as head of various purchasing categories (IT, IP/IP, Indirect, subcontracting, general expenses, MARCOM) in large companies and various industries (e-commerce, transport, automotive, finance, luxury, Pharma, Multimedia...); as well as in Contract Management.

I have a double degree from a business school and an engineering school, as well as a Master's degree in Contract Management from ASSAS. I speak (fluent) French, English, Spanish, Arabic and a little German.

I studied, worked/lived in France, Spain, the United Kingdom, Austria and Morocco.

I currently live and work in Paris and I feel particularly fulfilled in a multicultural, dynamic and inclusive environment.
