- Review of the production plan and planning for Electric, Hybrid, and Hydrogen Vehicles

- Coordination of different stakeholders to ensure smooth flow of operations

- Cost reduction source identification

- Define KPIs and conduct business steering reviews

- Supplier performance management (review, action plan, etc.)

- Analyze and coordinate root cause actions for non-performance

- Complete mastery of the purchasing cycle, including sourcing, supplier consultation, negotiation, supplier nomination, contractualization, and contract monitoring.

- Purchasing representative in the project team responsible for the lifecycle of series parts, particularly for the development of alternative energy vehicles (electric, hybrid, hydrogen).

- Participation in various discussions on parts evolution, prototype phase, pre-series, ramp-up, and series validation.

- Close collaboration with engineering, project, sales, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth coordination throughout the modification requests (DM).

Within the purchasing department, my role involves analyzing and monitoring the evolution of needs for instrument kits and spare parts. I also handle sourcing and order placement (closed & open), supply monitoring, and supplier panel management. I ensure database updates, participate in and monitor contract execution, and analyze our suppliers' performance. I also participate in supplier audits to ensure compliance with ISO13485 standard.

Located in the purchasing department, under the responsibility of the purchasing manager, my role involved purchasing PPE, office supplies, and services. In addition to supply monitoring, I also carried out a lot of sourcing and tenders to meet the specific needs of our sites.
