With over twenty years of experience in CRM integration, development, and project management as an independent consultant, I have had the opportunity to participate in the steering of large-scale projects within major accounts such as AXA France, Orange, BNP Paribas, and Carrefour. My expertise covers risk management, leading technical teams, and writing functional and technical documents.

During my six years at AXA France as a Siebel / Product Owner CRM Project Manager, I participated in the progressive migration from Siebel to Salesforce: leading scoping workshops, data migration, developing integration scripts between Siebel and Salesforce, and managing Agile deliveries. This experience gave me a concrete understanding of the challenges of Release Management on the Salesforce platform: coordinating business and technical stakeholders, planning deployments, quality control, and documentary traceability.

My latest assignment also confirmed my technical leadership skills. As a Siebel CRM Tech Lead at FNAC/Darty, I supervised a team of four, qualified client needs, and wrote detailed specifications.

My solid development background, mastery of Linux/Windows environments, and sensitivity to continuous integration issues allow me to confidently address the CI/CD aspects expected for this role.
