As part of the payment and services journey transformation projects within Up Coop, I held the role of Monetics Acceptance Project Manager, with the objective of structuring and managing the business testing organization at the heart of the overall design process.

The mission was part of an agile and multi-squad context, with a particular focus on the Beneficiary and Merchant squads, and aimed to secure the quality of deliverables, ensure the reliability of monetics journeys, and support the maturation of business acceptance practices in a rapidly evolving environment.

Management and operational monitoring of the project QA team:

• Structuring and managing the business testing organization integrated into the overall design process, with a focus on the Beneficiary and Merchant squads.

• Coordination and orchestration of UAT tests and business Alpha phases, in close collaboration with business experts and project teams to ensure quick and actionable feedback.

• Definition, monitoring, and communication of progress indicators: facilitating acceptance workshops, progress reporting, and anticipating blocking points.

• Support, coaching, and skill development for teams on good testing, validation, and test structuring practices.

• Planning and coordination of test campaigns: developing test plans, allocating activities, monitoring commitments, and meeting deadlines.

• Formalization and optimization of acceptance processes: structuring exchanges, capitalizing on lessons learned, and enriching the process and best practices repository.

As part of the Galaxy project for BforBank, the Crédit Agricole Group's online bank, I held the role of Lead QA, overseeing tests for three squads responsible for different functional areas. My role was to define and implement the overall test strategy for the program, in collaboration with project stakeholders. The program aimed to re-implement a new Core Banking System while integrating specific banking functionalities. This strategic project is part of BforBank's ambition to strengthen its market position, expand its market share in Europe, and offer an optimal customer experience through technology and innovation.

Management and operational monitoring of the project QA team:

• Participate in workshops with business domain referents and ensure the completeness of requirements

• Define the project test strategy

• Review/validate test cases written by QAs and verify their coverage and sharing with business for validation if necessary

• Support QAs in test execution and test data preparation

• Ensure the completeness of the regression test repository

• Coordinate cross-functional tests with the squads

• Regularly communicate on the progress of tests

• Validate the acceptance test report

• Ensure the quality of tests performed within the team

• Participate in various test phases and dry runs
