Double hat: data miner and campaign manager (customer targeting under Adobe Campaign, Selligent, UNICA). I have supported numerous clients in migrating CRM tools: audit, testing, and data implementation phases. Setting up automatic or one-off campaigns is also no secret to me.

Data restitution plays a key role in decision-making, hence the importance of using the right data viz tools: for over 5 years, I have been using Power BI daily.
