Over a decade of experience across financial services, digital education platforms, and international teams. I've led delivery on high-value mortgage portfolios, restructured operations for EdTech platforms scaling across multiple markets, and managed cross-functional teams across languages and time zones.

I work across two areas — project leadership and delivery management, and systems and workflow design — and in practice they almost always connect. Clear scope, real ownership, workflows that support how teams actually work, and visibility that holds under pressure. That's what I build.

I lead from inside the work — with the team, not above it. I'm multilingual (EN, PT, ES, CZ), operate remotely and on-site, and work across Europe.
