In my role as a primary school teacher, I not only taught children over several years, but also prepared complex content in an understandable way, communicated it in a target-group-oriented manner, and supported learning processes in a structured way. I learned the importance of addressing people individually while remaining flexible.

In my work as a social worker in a therapeutic residential group, the focus was on the individual with all their needs, behavioral patterns, and challenges. This experience taught me to look closely, act in a structured manner, and maintain an overview and think solution-oriented even in complex situations.
