Feature launches: coordinate the launch and awareness of new features and products to the market and customers through email campaigns, in-app messages, demo webinars, etc.

Internal resources: design and provide content to support teams: demo videos, competitive intelligence, etc.

Customer communities: engage the customer community to understand their needs and expectations, particularly through feedback forms, user clubs, and individual interviews.

Customer communication: ensure coordination and consistency of customer communications between different teams - the right message at the right time through the right channel.

Technical partnerships: manage marketing relationships with our technical partners - participation in events, joint presentations, promotion on our materials, etc.

Field marketing: organize webinars from start to finish, support sales teams at B2B events, manage marketing partnerships and business networks.

My goal: promote our solidarity solutions and convince as many companies as possible to meet with a sales representative!

To achieve this, I activate numerous levers through various channels (web, events, mailing, etc.) while working closely with the communication and sales teams.
