Administrative monitoring of training courses and funding

Consulting mission carried out for ADRH, focused on professional development and integration into the company.

1. Skills Assessment and Professional Development Consultant:

Individualized Support: Conducted 15 skills assessments to secure career change or internal/external development paths.

Assistance in validating project feasibility (financial, market), identifying necessary training, and advising on funding schemes (CPF, OPCO).

2. Intervention in Disability Awareness:

Design and Facilitation: Created and deployed disability awareness workshops in the workplace.

Objective: to deconstruct stereotypes and promote the inclusion of employees with disabilities.

Inclusion Consulting: Occasional support to client companies in improving their integration policies and complying with legal obligations (RQTH, OETH).

Responsible for the complete apprenticeship process (from sourcing to completion of training), with a specialization in securing inclusive pathways.

1. Inclusion Role and Disability Referent:

Inclusive Devices Trainer: Designed and delivered specific training to prepare apprentices (and employers) for the challenges of professional inclusion.

Disability Referent: Provided individualized support and implemented necessary accommodations to secure the pathways of apprentices with disabilities (RQTH, liaison with MDPH/Agefiph), including company visit follow-up.

2. Sourcing, Placement, and Employer Partnerships:

Recruitment and Support: Facilitated group job search workshops and candidate selection. Active support in finding employers and making connections.

Business Development: Developed and managed strategic partnerships with medico-social establishments (ESAT, IME, etc.) for apprentice placement.

3. Pedagogical Monitoring and Mediation:

Pathway Security: Monitored training pathways (pedagogical and administrative) and implemented support measures to ensure success.

Mediation: Proactive management of difficulties between employer and apprentice (crisis management, task adjustment, contractual mediation).
