I am an HR consultant and I support companies in the operational and strategic management of their HR. I work on various missions such as payroll, personnel administration, training, social law, and recruitment. Thanks to a rigorous and personalized approach, I ensure the security of processes, optimize the organization, and attract talent adapted to the needs of each structure. My goal is to offer concrete, effective solutions aligned with the human and regulatory challenges of companies.

The position consisted of ensuring the daily management of employees while contributing to the implementation of the company's HR policy. I was involved in various missions such as personnel administration (contracts, employee files, absence tracking), payroll management in conjunction with tools or service providers, recruitment (writing and distributing offers, screening applications, interviews) as well as skills development through training. As a key contact for employees and managers, I ensured compliance with social legislation and participated in improving the social climate.

Training management: deployment of training plan, relations with external providers, preparation of annual declarations, statistics and dashboards...

Payroll and personnel administration: portfolio of 200 employees.

Preparation of the social report and other mandatory reports.

Processing and monitoring of HR indicators and dashboards (headcount, payroll, absenteeism, training...)

Use of cross-tabs, macros.

Management of HR information on the intranet.

Development and monitoring of HR processes.
