As a technical architect at ByteInnov, I designed and supervised the creation of a complete ecosystem of SaaS solutions and data-driven tools for various sectors (health, microfinance, energy, retail, etc.).

My role covers all strategic and technical aspects, from product vision to advanced technical architecture, including security, DevOps, and data.

Key achievements:

• Microservices & Cloud Architecture: Design of multi-tenant distributed architectures on AWS and GCP, orchestrated with Kubernetes and Docker.

• Real-Time Streaming: Deployment of Kafka, Flink, and ETL/ELT pipelines for real-time ingestion, transformation, and analysis.

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Complete automation via Terraform and Ansible for reproducible and scalable deployment.

• Security & Authentication: Implementation of a centralized auth stack (Firebase Auth, Spring Cloud Gateway, Redis, JWT RSA-256).

• CI/CD & DevOps: GitLab CI/CD pipelines, continuous integration, advanced monitoring with Grafana/Prometheus and ELK.

• Mentoring & Consulting: Training and coaching developers, defining DevOps and Data best practices.

• R&D & AI POCs: Integration of Machine Learning models, automation of performance tests, and deployment of recommendation services.

This experience illustrates my ability to combine entrepreneurial vision with technical expertise to build robust and scalable SaaS products, while supporting technical teams in a startup and innovation context.

On assignment at BNP Paribas, I served as a Kafka expert, ensuring the performance, security, and resilience of a critical infrastructure with over 350 servers used by international banking projects.

My intervention combined technical engineering, automation, advanced supervision, and strategic support for internal teams.

Key achievements:

• Proactive Observability and Monitoring: Design of centralized dashboards, automated alerts, and incident detection scripts to drastically reduce MTTR.

• Kafka & Elasticsearch Optimization: Cluster tuning, performance analysis, and implementation of best practices to ensure the reliability of high-volume data flows.

• Operations Automation: Development of tools and pipelines to industrialize the deployment and configuration of critical environments.

• Support and Skill Transfer: Training teams on Kafka, Splunk, and observability to enhance the technical maturity and autonomy of BNP teams.

This assignment allowed me to directly contribute to the resilience of critical banking systems and strengthen the monitoring and security capabilities of large-scale real-time environments.

I joined CAGIP (Crédit Agricole Savings and Insurance Management Cluster) as a founding member of the first "Cloud Expertise" team, created to support the Cloud transformation of the group's strategic applications.

My role involved providing cross-functional technical expertise on complex projects, primarily for the insurance sector, while contributing to the design and deployment of a robust and secure Cloud platform.

As a technical expert (Kafka, DevOps, Cloud, Data), I played a key role in:

• Consulting and Project Support: Technical support for business teams in integrating their applications on AWS and modernizing their data pipelines.

• Cloud Design and Implementation: Deployment and automation of AWS services via Terraform and Ansible, implementation of SaaS solutions on EKS, and continuous integration (CI/CD).

• Kafka and Data Streaming Expertise: Administration, security, and optimization of multi-DC Kafka clusters, supporting teams on the Confluent ecosystem, and conducting strategic POCs.

• Versatility and Technical Assistance: Intervention on a broad technical stack (microservices, containers, observability, automation) based on needs, to ensure the success of critical projects.

• Training and Best Practice Dissemination: Organizing technical workshops, coaching teams, and promoting a DevOps culture.

This experience allowed me to directly contribute to the success of Crédit Agricole's Cloud strategy, bridging the gap between business vision and technical expertise, and helping teams industrialize their processes for greater resilience and performance.
