My HR skills are focused on:

- developing a quality assurance system for personal data and embodying a driving role in its implementation

- contributing to the establishment of an HR Analytics knowledge domain

- establishing necessary quantitative HR indicators and objectives, processing and analyzing them.

- ensuring reporting to Management, the Board of Directors, social partner consultation bodies, and any other official instance

- producing reports on staff evolution and turnover, absenteeism, budget...

- analyzing benchmark results and formulating proposals regarding Compensation & Benefits, in compliance with strategic objectives (national and international)

- managing HR process digitalization projects and carrying out simulations, in collaboration with management control, to calculate the cost of these projects or proposals
