I founded Bavardons Parentalité to support parents through workshops, coaching, and tailor-made events in January 2024. To go further, I created Bappoum, the premium version of Bavardons Parentalité, a monthly subscription where each month, a key theme is explored with professionals. They intervene live, with replay access, in podcast format, and through exclusive resources to support parents in their daily lives. My expertise in parenting has been enriched through my various professional experiences. As a parenting project manager at Les Parents Zens, I structured offers and led initiatives dedicated to families. But my approach is not limited to theory. I spent several years in direct contact with children and families, which allowed me to understand their daily realities. I also completed a civic service at AFEV, an experience that strengthened my commitment to social impact.

Today, I am the CEO's right-hand person on a work-study basis at Bieth Formation, where I undertake strategic missions in business development, prospecting, and commercial management. I coordinate an innovative project on public speaking, managing recruitment, web development monitoring, and collaboration with freelancers. I have also acquired solid experience in administrative management and Qualiopi audits, which allows me to optimize the structuring of the projects I lead.

With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and soon a Master's degree in Business Engineering and Entrepreneurship, I combine human analysis, business strategy, and project management to support companies and startups in their development. I am finishing my Master's in July and am actively preparing for my freelance launch. My goal is to offer my skills in business development, project management, and communication, while continuing the Bavardons Parentalité adventure.
