Earnly is a loyalty SaaS for local businesses (restaurants, cafes, shops) that I designed and developed alone, from the first prototype to production, for both web and iOS/Android mobile applications.

The product allows any merchant, even non-technical, to launch a gamified loyalty program in minutes, without specific hardware: dematerialized loyalty cards, customer QR code generation, fully customizable rewards, and real-time statistics on footfall, points distributed, and revenue generated.

I developed the entire stack: React and Next.js web interface (TypeScript, Tailwind CSS), Flutter mobile application, Node.js backend exposing a REST API, and PostgreSQL database. I integrated a CRM with dynamic behavioral segmentation (VIP clients, inactive, birthdays) allowing targeted and automated re-engagement of the right customers with a few clicks, all on an architecture designed for scalability.

Beyond coding, I manage the project end-to-end: feature scoping, user experience, deployment, go-live, and commercial follow-up with the first establishments.

ElevateCo is the custom web and software development studio that I founded and lead. I assist SMEs, artisans, and freelancers who need a website or tool that reflects them and brings them clients.

My services cover the entire chain: conversion-oriented showcase websites, e-commerce sites, and custom business tools (client areas, dashboards, automations) to replace time-consuming spreadsheets and manual processes.

Example project: Coste Elec (costeelec.fr), an electrician and air conditioning contractor for whom I designed a high-performance showcase website, optimized for local SEO, with a quote generation funnel that converts visitors into qualified leads.

On each mission, I take charge of the project end-to-end: needs assessment, design, development, launch, and then follow-up and evolution. A single point of contact, from the first discussion to the concrete result.

Accessio is the digital accessibility audit and compliance service I launched within ElevateCo, to meet the European Accessibility Act and RGAA.

I designed and developed an automated accessibility scanning tool that analyzes a page in seconds and detects the most common barriers. I tested it by analyzing the 294 largest French e-commerce sites: 9 out of 10 present at least one accessibility barrier.

The service covers the entire chain: audit, technical corrections, and compliance declaration. Stack: Next.js, TypeScript, Playwright, and axe-core.
