Chief of staff role for 70+ agents throughout 6 teams. Reporting to the deputy director of healthcare system regulation. Working with stakeholders across the different directorates of the MoH and other institutions. Linking up with internal stakeholders to represent the sub-directorate. Coordinating, project management, drafting notes, texts, and press responses, production of supports, dashboards, etc. Examples of subjects :

- French emergency rooms' crisis, summer 2022: Participating throughout the whole process, creating dashboards to assess the situation, participating in the Braun mission and its evaluation.

- Covid crisis and its following consequences

- 2024 Olympic games This sub-directorate proposes public policy objectives, and is responsible for the implementation of these, for a wide range of topics:

- French health care finances and budgets

- Mental health and psychiatry

- Surgery

- Primary care (ERs, GPs, Pharmacists, ...)

- Pediatry

- ...

Support to the covid crisis management within the French Ministry of Health, reporting to the General Director's office and the deputy director for regulation of DGOS (Directorate of Health Care Supply). Working on different cases :

- Covid crisis management (notes about the situation, recommandations, etc. to different health system actors as Hospital management, Regional Health Agencies, decision-maker or policy-makers)

- Financing models for hospitals during the crisis

- Following the impact of the Covid crisis on different therapeutic areas (Cancer, transplantations, psychatry)

- Helping internal coordination on various topics

- Long Covid care organization

- Etc. Developping multiple competences, mainly in public policies, law, regulation, budget, project management, ...
