Sometimes a moment of uncertainty arises in our professional lives. We need to take stock. We no longer feel fulfilled, but we don't know why, how, or for what to change. A skills assessment can then be the key, the right lever to finally take action. A skills assessment is a state-regulated process. It is carried out within a very specific framework. The advantage: it can be financed by the CPF (personal training account) or an OPCO (skills operator).
