Hospitality and high-end retail professional with 5 years of field experience, I have built my career between France and Bangkok, in demanding environments where operational excellence and customer relations are one.

What defines me above all is human management. Supervising a team, training them, developing their skills – that's what I do with the most commitment. At Victoria by Cocotte, I managed a team of 20 people in front and back-office: recruitment, scheduling, performance evaluation, conflict management. I like to create a team dynamic where everyone knows what is expected of them and why. Transmission is something that is close to my heart.

Sales is the other driver of my daily life. At VIVIN Bangkok, I developed a B2B commercial strategy from scratch targeting hotels, restaurants, and corporate clients – and doubled the annual revenue. I am comfortable with the entire cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, loyalty. I like to convince, but above all to build lasting relationships with the right partners.

In parallel with my operational experiences, I write. It's a personal practice that nourishes my way of communicating professionally – whether it's structuring a sales pitch, training teams, or building a brand's identity. Writing is for me a tool as much as a passion.

What I'm looking for today: freelance or part-time assignments in management, business development, team training, or writing – ideally for players in tourism, hospitality, and catering, but not exclusively.
