During the period 1990–2000, I further deepened this experience by frequently traveling and working abroad. I conducted international negotiations and worked intensively within business, multicultural environments, and teams. This international background allows me to switch gears quickly, maintain an overview, and operate effectively in complex power dynamics.

Facility management has been a common thread in my career since 1988. After 2010, I increasingly specialized in this field, in the broadest sense of the profession. My business administration background provides the necessary overview and coherence between people, processes, and resources. Thanks to my education and experience in business informatics, I also have insight into ICT issues and facilities, enabling me to integrally and project-wise manage the full spectrum of facility management – including construction, relocation, and redecoration projects – including tendering for all services to be hired.
