Many companies have introduced AI, purchased tools, and changed work methods. Nevertheless, things aren't running smoothly: AI is hardly used, tools create chaos, and coordination takes too long. The reason is rarely a lack of knowledge – but a lack of transfer into everyday life.

That's exactly where I come in. Practical. Applicable.

I am a freelance trainer for AI, work methods, and tools – with 13+ years of practical experience in agile corporate environments. I develop and deliver my formats for corporate academies, training providers, and agencies. Remote-first, modular, from half-day impulses to multi-month training programs.

I don't give monologues. I ask questions, bring structure, and create space for real development. Theory always has a practical framework with me – because knowledge is only useful when it can be applied the next day.
