In an ambitious digital transformation context, I have the privilege of supporting the Design Studio of La Banque Postale. As a true innovation driver, the Studio plays a central role in redesigning interfaces and implementing a new design system, while ensuring an optimal user experience on the web and mobile platforms of La Banque Postale and its subsidiaries.

▪ Contribution to the evolution of the design system, ensuring interface harmonization across web and mobile platforms.

▪ Adoption of the new brand guidelines to design modern and intuitive interfaces.

▪ Creation of high-fidelity mockups, respecting both user needs and technical constraints.

▪ Mastery of accessibility standards (RGAA), for inclusive and standards-compliant experiences.

Conducted a comprehensive audit in compliance with RGAA 4.1, covering key pages: homepage, document search, contact form, database, offers section, articles, etc...

▪ Identification and documentation of non-compliance with specific examples (screenshots, relevant RGAA criteria, analyses, and recommendations).

▪ Collaboration with a developer to create a best practices guide for optimizing site accessibility long-term.

▪ Contribution to the accessibility statement in partnership with developers.

Following the complete redesign of the CSTB website, I was mobilized to lead a post-launch user testing campaign, aiming to validate the alignment between the proposed journeys and the expectations of end-users.

Mission Objectives:

▪ Evaluate the satisfaction level and adoption of the new website

▪ Identify friction points in key journeys

▪ Propose concrete improvement areas to optimize the user experience

My Actions:

▪ Design of a structured testing protocol: development of scenarios focused on real-world usage, with a representative panel of 15 users.

▪ Facilitation and observation of testing sessions

▪ Cross-analysis of qualitative and quantitative feedback to extract actionable insights

▪ Formulation of strategic UX recommendations, prioritized by criticality level
