Founded a specialist evidence and evaluation consultancy commissioned by national government bodies, combined authorities, regulators, and major sector employers to design measurement frameworks, conduct socioeconomic impact assessments, and translate findings into implementable policy recommendations.

– Designed and delivered the GLA Workforce Integration Network (WIN) Design Labs: a multi-cohort, 12- month quasi-experimental workforce intervention programme commissioned by the Mayor of London to address the structural underrepresentation of young Black men in construction and infrastructure. Led the full evaluation cycle: problem diagnosis, theory of change, employer co-design, primary data collection across 30+ major organisations (Balfour Beatty, Laing O'Rourke, Thames Water, Mott MacDonald, UK Power Networks), and outcome measurement. Programme extended multiple times and expanded into other sectors following evidence of impact, and cited by the Deputy Mayor for Social Justice.

– Conducted independent structural barriers review for the Greater London Authority: collecting quantitative and qualitative data from the GLA workforce, producing socioeconomic analysis of progression disparities by ethnicity and gender, and developing 42 evidence-graded recommendations accepted in full by the GLA Chief Officer. Progress reported biannually to the London Assembly Oversight Committee. – Produced an independent baseline assessment for the West Midlands Combined Authority Race Equalities Taskforce, evidencing regional disparities across employment, skills, transport access, and housing through primary and secondary data analysis. Findings directly shaped the WMCA's Trailblazer Devolution Deal proposals submitted to central government. – Designed the UK's first cross-industry equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) measurement and reporting framework in partnership with Energy & Utilities Skills, generating sector-level benchmarks.

Prior to founding The Equal Group, held senior consultant, economist and analyst roles supporting regulated industries and public bodies on price control reviews, market assessments, and economic policy analysis. Developed specialist expertise in regulatory economics and competition policy through practice at the intersection of evidence, policy, and institutional decision-making. – Contributed to price control reviews and WACC modelling for UK energy and water regulators, applying quantitative methods to inform multi-year regulatory settlements affecting millions of consumers. – Conducted market structure and competition assessments in regulated sectors, applying microeconomic theory and econometric analysis to inform regulator decisions on market design and consumer welfare. – Developed and presented economic analysis to senior civil servants, regulatory panels, and parliamentary stakeholders — building a track record of translating technical findings into accessible, decision-ready outputs.
