• Setting up and equipping the R&D laboratory, development and formulation of conventional or natural cosmetic products (ISO16128) according to specifications and regulatory requirements, monitoring stability and compatibility tests, small-scale manufacturing (50 to 200 kg).

• Collection of regulatory documents for the creation of PIF files, product notification via CPNP, regulatory monitoring.

• Validation of labeling and claims, creation of marketing materials for client meetings or trade shows.

• Supervision of apprentices and interns.

Development of hygiene and care products (lotions, impregnated products, emulsions) for the Demak'up (France) and Tena (USA) brands. Stability and compatibility monitoring. Drafting of procedures, raw material management, pilot setup (20 kg), production validation. Prospecting, literature review, competitive intelligence, summaries and presentations.

Development of solar products according to a marketing brief and implementation of specific measurement protocols (water-resistant, SPF, Suntest). Selection of raw materials, formula development, supplier prospecting, validation of tests and industrial pilot. Execution of trials, physico-chemical analyses, stability monitoring of different white product formulations. Container/content compatibility study. Color matching.
