Context

Primagaz is a subsidiary of the SHV Energy group, involved in the distribution of fuel gas and natural gas for professionals and individuals. Founded in 1938, the company offers propane and butane in bottles and tanks, as well as Natural Gas for Vehicles (NGV) and Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG).

Primagaz's desire to be a key player in the energy transition of territories is driven by the ambition to sustainably accelerate its growth by offering renewable and sustainable energy solutions. This involves implementing new tools and ways of working, better adapted to the needs and daily lives of employees, customers, and suppliers. BOOST was therefore created to improve and simplify the IT application landscape by adopting the SAP S4 HANA ERP.

The program concerns the migration of data from an old ERP (Peoplesoft) across 5 domains: CTP, DTS, ITM, RTR, and OTC to the new SAP S4 HANA.

Within this project, I acted as Test Coordinator and Test Lead for the integral management of the UAT part and the coordination of the SIT part with the integrator, as well as the Smoke Tests part with IT & legacy.

Technical Environment

As part of my mission at Primagaz, I was involved in several aspects of the project related to testing, including:

o Writing test scenarios and business processes with Business Product Owners

o Translating SIT scenarios from English to French for UAT with the business (BPO)

o Writing UAT test cases with KU/MKU, in addition to organizing business workshops with the Business (BPO) for processes

o Writing the acceptance test plan with the business (BPO)

o Implementing the Test Strategy for UAT

o Participating in SAP demonstrations for Master Key Users
