The position consists of providing strong authentication to all BNP users worldwide, protecting data and applications against malicious attacks through the management and issuance of SecurID (RSA) Tokens. Management of application certificates for all BNP applications. The team consists of 10 agents, a team leader, and a Manager.

• Implementation, Organization, and execution of a Business Transfer to another team in MADRID.

• Creation of Dashboards to quantify team work and business transfer.

• Responsible for setting up High-speed Internet Connections.

• Configuration of TP-Link, D-Link, MiKrotik, Cisco Routers.

• Setup of Huawei-TP-Link 4G Modems with Fixed IP.

• Management and Setup of Client IT Infrastructure (VPN, MPLS, NAT, DHCP, DNS, DMZ).

• Configuration of VOIP on various equipment (Cisco, MiKrotik).

• Management of SIP Trunk Technologies.

• Participation in the design of various Network architectures, SIP Trunks.

• Management of Alcatel PABXs and their Migration to SIP Trunk, Full IP.

• Management and Configuration of call routing, Hold Music, Auto Attendant, using OMC, IP Connect software.

• Participation in the Development and Automation on CRM of an Electronic Invoice within the framework of Electronic Signature for clients using Selenium software.
