I am passionate about people and how design can enable transformation in organizations. I support innovation projects, digital product and service design through design.
My goal is to support projects that have an impact on people's daily lives. I have a strong interest in health-related topics concerning patient experience and the organizational transformation of hospitals, but also in all topics related to public innovation and its impact on citizens' daily lives.
My curiosity allows me to support these projects by first listening to human needs, going into the field, and experimenting with project stakeholders. I enjoy working with people through collective intelligence, taking into account the entire ecosystem and actors. Not to forget the sensitive and emotional aspect of solutions.
To achieve all this, I work with various design methodologies (Design Thinking, Design Sprint, user research...) and adapt to different contexts.
My latest assignments:
- Intern Designer at Lab-ah: immersive professional assignment as part of the Master's in Innovation by Design for my research on innovation in hospitals through collaboration with designers.
- Head of Design at Manpower: freelance assignment for 2 years, I worked with various stakeholders on the design of digital products, focusing on design-led innovation strategy by creating a human-centered research process, designing custom workshops to enable collective intelligence and integrate the entire ecosystem into the design process.
