Jens Luniak

I am a freelance communications and media designer from Leipzig, supporting publishers, associations, educational institutions, foundations, organizations, and small to medium-sized businesses in bringing extensive content into a clear form.

My focus is on editorial design and structured design: books, chronicles, magazines, annual reports, brochures, program booklets, project reports, and documentation. I particularly enjoy working on projects where content first needs to be sorted, prioritized, and logically structured – before a good layout can be created.

In addition to print projects, I design and manage lean websites, mostly with WordPress or as static pages. My goal here is not effects, but clear structure, good readability, clean typography, and reliable technical implementation.

Typical tasks:

I work carefully, reliably, and with an eye on what is truly needed in the end: understandable content, clean files, and design that doesn't quickly become outdated.
