Lukas Wünsch

I support companies in strategically developing knowledge management, collaboration, and Microsoft 365 to enable better decisions, more effective collaboration, and sustainable transformation. I combine many years of experience in knowledge management with service portfolio management, communities of practice, and the meaningful use of artificial intelligence.

As Head of Portfolio at MHP, I am responsible for the strategic development of the service portfolio and support the establishment of a knowledge-based organization. Previously, I built and developed company-wide knowledge management functions, closely integrating them with sales, portfolio development, and organizational transformation.

In addition to my professional activities, I am Vice President of the Society for Knowledge Management (GfWM) and a member of the Board of Directors of the Knowledge Management Global Network (KMGN). I regularly speak at international conferences and publish articles on knowledge management, Microsoft 365, communities, collaboration, and AI.
